Stake VIP Club: Tiers, Rakeback and What Each Level Unlocks

Stake has grown since 2017 into one of the biggest casinos and sportsbooks, and its VIP club rewards players purely by wagered volume. Here, building on our Stake review, we explain every tier from Bronze to Diamond, how rakeback, level-up and reload bonuses work, and when a personal VIP host appears. Join Stake to start climbing the ladder: Bronze already unlocks weekly and monthly bonuses after $10,000 wagered.

How the Stake VIP club works

There is no application form and no invitation needed for the early tiers. Every bet you place in the Stake casino or on sports adds to your total wagered, and that single number decides your VIP level. Wins and losses don't matter; only the volume does. Once you pass $10,000 in total wagers you reach Bronze, and the ladder continues up to Diamond V.

Stake describes its VIP bonuses as instantly withdrawable “with no strings attached” — in other words, they can go into a Stake withdrawal without the wagering requirements of a classic casino bonus. Check the conditions shown with each reward in your account, as Stake can update them.

VIP tiers and wagering thresholds

Thresholds are published by Stake in US dollars of total wagered. Your balance can still be displayed in INR, but progress is measured against these figures.

VIP benefits explained

Rakeback

A small part of the house edge on your bets is returned to you, whether those bets win or lose. Available from Bronze.

Boost (weekly & monthly bonus)

Periodic bonuses based on your recent activity, separate from public Stake bonuses such as the Weekly Raffle. From Silver, they grow as your play grows.

Level-up bonus

A one-off reward each time you reach a new tier.

Recent play bonus

When you level up, Stake can return part of your recent losses as a bonus.

Daily bonus / reload

From Platinum I, a reload that can be claimed at regular intervals; recurring from Platinum IV.

VIP host & bespoke perks

From Platinum IV, a personal contact who can arrange tailored offers and a VIP-host bonus.

How rakeback works: a worked example

Rakeback is the perk people misunderstand most. It is not a refund of your losses — it is a share of the casino's theoretical margin on what you bet. Here is a simplified example to show the logic.

Illustration only: the 5% rakeback rate below is a made-up number used to explain the maths. It is not Stake's actual rate. Your real rakeback is shown in your own VIP panel.

Total wagered in a month$20,000 on one of the Stake slots with a 96.50% RTP
Theoretical house edge100% − 96.50% = 3.5%
Expected (average) loss$20,000 × 3.5% = $700
Hypothetical rakeback (5% of house edge)$700 × 5% = $35
Expected result after rakeback−$700 + $35 = −$665

Two lessons follow. First, rakeback reduces the expected cost of playing but does not turn it into a profit: in this example you would still be expected to lose $665. Second, rakeback scales with the house edge. The same $20,000 wagered on a Stake Original such as Dice or Mines (house edge around 1%) has an expected loss of about $200, so the hypothetical rakeback would be about $10 — less money back, but a much smaller expected loss to begin with.

Real results swing far more than these averages over a short period. A single lucky session can leave you well ahead, and an unlucky week can cost several times the expected figure. Over the long run, though, the house edge does its work, and rakeback only trims it. That is why we describe rakeback as a cushion, not a strategy — and why “playing for rakeback” is a losing plan by design.

The VIP host

From Platinum IV ($2.5M+ wagered) players get a dedicated VIP host — a named contact who handles questions, can arrange a VIP-host bonus and tailors offers to how the player uses Stake. Stake also runs a separate VIP Telegram channel; how codes from such channels work is explained in our Stake promo code guide.

A host is useful for faster answers on larger withdrawals or account issues. Keep in mind that the host's role is to keep you playing on Stake. If a conversation turns into encouragement to deposit more or chase the next tier, that is a good moment to step back and check your limits.

How progress is tracked

  1. Open the VIP section After Stake login, your profile menu shows your current tier and a progress bar towards the next one.
  2. Check what counts All real-money bets on casino and sports add to total wagered. Volume is counted in USD terms, whatever currency your balance displays.
  3. Claim rewards Rakeback and periodic bonuses appear in the VIP or rewards area; claim them there.
  4. Watch the timing Weekly and monthly bonuses are calculated on recent activity, so a quiet month means a smaller Boost.

Remember that the same deposit can be wagered many times. A single Stake deposit in ₹ may count several times towards your total as you win and re-bet — which is why thresholds that look huge can be reached faster than expected, and why wagered totals say little about what you have actually spent.

Honest downsides

What works

  • Transparent, published thresholds
  • Rakeback on every bet from Bronze
  • Bonuses described as withdrawable without wagering
  • Personal host at higher tiers

What to watch

  • Rewards follow volume, so they mostly reach heavy players
  • Rakeback never offsets the house edge in full
  • Higher tiers require very large wagered totals
  • Easy to start betting more “to reach the next level”

Our advice is simple: let VIP progress be a side effect of play you would do anyway. Don't chase levels, don't treat a level-up bonus as a target and don't let a weekly Boost decide when you play. Set a deposit and loss limit first, and use the tools described in our responsible gaming guide if play stops being fun. Gambling is not a way to earn money — 18+ only.

FAQ

How do I join the Stake VIP club?

Automatically. Once your total wagered reaches $10,000 you become Bronze; there is no separate sign-up beyond the usual Stake registration.

What is Stake rakeback?

A return of a small share of the house edge on your bets, paid regardless of whether the bets win or lose. It lowers your expected cost of play but does not make play profitable.

At what level do I get a VIP host?

Stake lists a dedicated VIP host from Platinum IV, which starts at $2.5M in total wagered.

Can VIP bonuses be withdrawn?

Stake describes its VIP bonuses as instantly withdrawable with no strings attached. Check the conditions shown with each reward, as terms can change.

Do sports bets count towards VIP progress?

Yes. Stake counts both casino wagers and Stake sports betting towards total wagered, which is what decides your tier. Periodic bonuses such as the weekly Boost depend on your recent activity.
